Lost & Found - Lost & Found Service

For the conscience of all safety-conscious people, we offer our 365-day free lost and found service for some of our products. As soon as you have received your SLIMPURO product, you can optionally activate it. After the end of the free period, our lost property service ends automatically.

After the free year, you can extend the lost property service. 1 year costs = 4,99 €, 3 years = 11,97 € and 10 years = 24,95 €. All prices include VAT.

To do this, click on "Extend / change service".

1. register free of charge

Click on the "Activate service" button below to register. To do this, enter the individual code on the card in the field. The code can be found on the RFID Shield card supplied.

After successful registration, your Personal Key Finder Number will be activated. .

2. PLACE FinDER CARD / KEY

Carry the card in your wallet. It is best to keep it clearly visible in one of the front compartments.

3. report a find

If you have found a wallet or keys, you can report the find to us. We will inform the owner and clarify the further procedure.
