Yes, you can place orders online as usual, which will be processed by us in the normal way.

HAVE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES CHANGED?

The situation is changing daily. For the moment, however, our delivery services are still working as before. On each product page, you can see when the delivery time of a product changes. In your customer account, you can see all the updates on your orders.

what precautions do you take to actively prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus?

The health and safety of our teams, our delivery services and our customers is our top priority. We have tightened hygiene rules in our warehouses, also to ensure that hands are washed more frequently, for example.

Our suppliers have all introduced similar measures and we regularly exchange information with them. All our suppliers now offer contactless deliveries.

DO YOU OFFER CONTACTLESS DELIVERY?

Yes, all our delivery services are capable of contactless delivery.

If no other period is stated in the item description, the goods are usually delivered within 2 - 5 days in Germany.

how does shipping outside germany work?

Unless a different period is stated in the item description, delivery of the goods to other countries takes place within 3 - 10 days.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THE EU. DO I HAVE TO EXPECT CUSTOMS DUTIES?

If you live outside the EU, you may be subject to shipping charges. These are determined by the respective regulations of your country and are not influenced by us. To find out the amount of the expected fees, please contact your local customs office and state the value of the goods. Please understand that we cannot bear these fees.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY RETURN BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

In der Regel wird dir der Betrag innerhalb weniger Tage erstattet. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, melde dich einmal bei uns. Gerne schauen wir nach, ob es Probleme bei der Zustellung gab. Schreib uns einfach eine Email an [email protected] und wir kümmern uns schnellstmöglich darum.

MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Our products should give you many years of pleasure without any problems. If a defect occurs unexpectedly, it is very annoying and we are sorry.

In any case, please contact our customer support and we will take care of your request as quickly as possible. Even after the warranty has expired, we are there for you and will support you as best we can.

ZNAP SLIM WALLET

HOW DO I GET THE FIRST CARD ?

To access the first card in your ZNAP Slim Wallet, simply slide the RFID Shield card supplied (this should always be the top card in the case for optimal RFID protection) forward. To do this, simply push the card loosely out of the card holder with your thumb.

HOW DO I GET A MIDDLE MAP ?

To access a centre card in your ZNAP Slim Wallet, gently slide the cards in front of it out of the case until you can see the card you want. With one hand, you can then easily slide your card out one at a time and let all the remaining cards slide back into the case.

HOW CAN I REMOVE ALL THE CARDS FROM THE CASE?

To remove all the cards from the case at the same time, grip all the cards with your thumb and forefinger and slide them out of the case together.

HOW CAN I FILL THE COIN COMPARTMENT?

To fill the coin case, grasp all the cards with your thumb and index finger and slide them out of the case together. Now place your coins in the coin case and push the cards back into the case. To ensure that the coins are safely stored, it is important that the case is completely filled and that there is no gap between the card and the coin compartment.

HOW CAN I REMOVE THE COIN COMPARTMENT AND REPLACE IT WITH ADDITIONAL CARDS?

To replace the coin tray with additional cards, first remove all the cards in the card holder. Then carefully pull out the coin tray. Now you can simply slide your cards back into the case. That's it.

HOW CAN I FILL THE ZNAP WITH BANKNOTES?

To fill your notes into the ZNAP, simply open the button on the side of the case. The spacious, full-size note compartment holds notes up to €200 in size and lets you fill it like a regular wallet - no folding required!

HOW WILL MY ZNAP BE DELIVERED?

Your ZNAP Slim Wallet comes in a high-quality box including a free folding flyer with all the important information.

THE PUSH BUTTON ON MY ZNAP IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately, there was a serious production error with the push button of the ZNAP in the last production batch. In some cases it was defective and fell off. We have recognised the problem and solved it.

The new bonding and the newly developed push button now hold 100 times the previous one. We can therefore give an extended 3-year guarantee on the new push button.

If your ZNAP is affected by this, we will gladly send you a case of the new batch free of charge in exchange for your defective ZNAP.

In order for us to arrange shipping, please let us know once by email along with your order number and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
